We are recruiting! - Project Worker: Oxygen Treatment Lead Operator and Volunteer Engagement Officer
We have a vacancy for a key member of our staff team. As a project worker you will lead the delivery and maintenance of our oxygen treatment service for people living with long term health conditions, co-ordinate and support volunteers and provide general administrative support. You need to be professional and friendly and able to support a dynamic team. You’ll need to be highly organised and confident and share the values and principles of our organisation as well as feel confident to suggest new and better ways of working.
This is a full time permanent position after a successful three month probationary period.

Empowering and enabling people to actively manage their daily lives. We are proud to have been providing support services with and for people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) across the Lothians, Borders and Fife since 1984. We are governed by a Board of 10 Trustees, four of whom are service -users.
Our Treatments, Therapies and Support services are designed to develop and assist clients capacity to manage their daily lives and maintain their independence. Our Centre and services are open to people living with a wide variety of other long-term health conditions, such as ME, CFS, Arthritis, Stroke, Cancer and Fibromyalgia. We also offer access to our oxygen treatment service to people recovering from surgery, post radiotherapy, sports injuries and wound healing incluing diabetic leg ulcers.
We also have positive and active working relationships with a number of local third sector and statutory providers who support us by providing: specialist advice on welfare/benefits, carers support services, occupational therapy, continence advice and support, and social care.
To deliver co-ordinated, holistic and person–centred support services and therapies to people living with MS assisting them to make informed decisions about their lives.
